Organizational Change Policy

Although GFAS certification status is for three years, it is important to keep us up to date with  any major organizational changes throughout this period. Please note that the reporting of an update or an occurrence such as an incident or accident to GFAS by a sanctuary facility does not take the place of reporting such to appropriate and required legal and/or governmental authorities. You can download the policy here.

GFAS Incident/Accident Policy

This policy is designed to outline the purpose and procedure for accepting, responding to, and analyzing notification of incidents and accidents which occur at GFAS Accredited and Verified sanctuary facilities.  It is important to note that the reporting of an incident or accident to GFAS by a sanctuary facility does not take the place of any requirements for a sanctuary facility to report such to appropriate and  required legal and/or governmental authorities.
